All dressings are made with fresh ingredients, have no added preservatives, and all ingredients are hand chosen by the chef. 10% of profits go to local charitable causes.
Japanese Ginger

A rich, bold, explosion of whole grain mustard combined with the unique, sweet shallot makes this dressing incredibly versatile. I have yet to find a dish that it doesn’t complement (my wife’s favorite).
