So how did this happen?  We  have always loved to cook, and always want to eat healthy.  So, if you can make a great tasting and healthy dressing, it makes eating healthy a lot more fun. 

Also, we always love the dressing at Japanese restaurants, but could never find it anywhere.  So, we decided to make our own, and that is how the Japanese Ginger dressing was born.  After that, we created Shallot Mustard, which has a very different and tantalizing flavor…you’ll have to try it to know what I mean.  There are many more great flavors in the pipeline.  New flavors are kind of like babies…most of the fun is making them.

To us, Stark Naked is more than just the dressing.  We love selling a product that enables our customers to be healthy, and enjoy fantastic flavor.  We are also looking to enrich the community that we operate in.  Therefore, 10% of all profits go to charitable causes in the local Connecticut area.  As we grow, we hope to help other businesses and ideas grow by linking to them on our website and supporting them as much as we can.  Finally, if we are lucky enough to eventually hire employees, we will work to create a company that respects them as people and provides a great place to work.
