My first stop at the Monroe Farmers Market is always to your table. I LOVE the Shallot Mustard dressing and use in almost every day. I have used it as a marinade on chicken and fish, as a drizzle over fresh bean salad, over steamed broccoli and of course salad. My Mom is not a condiment person and has no idea why my chicken tastes so yummy ! Thanks for your hardwork - we get to reap the benefits ! See you next week :) Val

LOVE the ginger dressing! It tastes just like the dressing we get at Japanese hibachi restaurants; my daughter doesn't generally like salads, except for when it has this dressing on it. I've looked all over for a similar taste and finally found it at the Monroe Farmers' Market. Our first bottle only lasted a week and a half!!! Will definitely be buying more! Thank you!

We love the shallot mustard dressing. It is the perfect blend of flavors-not overpowering, just subtle. It goes with everything I serve! I recently made a salad for a dinner party and one of my guy friends said "What is this salad dressing? I don't normally notice salad dressing, but this is fantastic!" Keep up the great work!

I just picked up your ginger dressing at a farmer's market and I have to say, you have an uncommonly delicious dressing here and my husband agrees. It was so good that we used about a third of the bottle already. Yum!

We bought your Shallot Mustard dressing last week at the Monroe Farmer's Market and just LOVE it!  The kids were hooked once they tried your samples and can't wait until this week to come back and get the Ginger Dressing!  We have had either salad with your dressing or raw veggies with your dressing as a dip at every meal this week.  Best wishes for great success!

I had to write to you and let you know how much we love the Japansee Ginger dressing. I bought it yesterday at the Stamford Farmers Market and tried it that night. My daughter and I couldn't stop eating our salad. You've definitely hooked us in as customers. We'll be purchasing more! Thank you and good luck.

My mom and I got a bottle of the Shallot Mustard dressing @ the Stratford Farmers Market and we fell in love with it the first time we tried it!!

These dressings are the best I have ever had!  They are amazing!  So fresh and light! Can't wait for more flavors!

I went to the Stratford Farmers Market today in hopes to go home with 2 more bottles of the Shallot Mustard dressing!  I bought a bottle last week and OMG it is awesome.  I made a pasta salad with it and used it to marinate chicken for the grill.  It was a huge hit everyone loved it!  I need more and am completely out do I have to wait till next Monday or can I find you someplace else this week?

I have told everyone about it!  Hope to hear from you soon.

Just wanted to provide some very positive feedback on the Japanese Ginger Dressing that I purchased yesterday at the Stratford Farmers Market!  I loved it and my husband loved it!  Yes, it does taste just like the Japanese restaurant salad dressing!  The flavors in the dressing got my creative juices flowing and I decided to create a glaze for our broiled salmon.  The family thought dinner was a big hit so I decided to share our recipe with you:

Japanese Glazed Salmon Stark Naked

4 Wild Salmon filets (4-6 oz each)
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Stark Naked Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing
1/4 C Buckwheat Honey**
1 tsp crushed garlic paste
1 Tbs fresh lemon zest
2 Tbs lemon juice
Chopped fresh parsley or dill

Spray broiling rack w/ cooking spray and place salmon gently on top.  In a bowl wisk together Olive Oil, Salad Dressing, Honey, Garlic Paste, Lemon Zest & Juice.  Lightly brush tops & sides of salmon w/ mixture and broil for 3-5 minutes then turn, brush tops w/ mixture and broil 3-5 minutes more until lightly golden at desired doneness depending on thickness of fish.  Plate up salmon with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and/or dill.  YUM!  ENJOY!

**Any dark honey will do as well as molasses

I hope you try this recipe and let me know if you like it as much as we do!  I wish you the best of luck on your business and if it really gets busy, contact me & perhaps there is something I can assist with!  I would love to be associated with a company like yours!

I tried both dressings at the Bartlett farmers market today.  The shallot mustard dressing was absolutely delicious and the ginger dressing was great too.  I will definitely be back for more.

The dressings are fabulous; my 11 year old son is crazy for the Ginger dressing. I hope you can get them into the supermarkets one day.

Thank you,

Stark Naked is the only dressing that we use and we love it. Thanks for making such a fabulous product!

I have to say it really is super good! You will have no problem selling it in stores. It's not everyday you taste salad dressing from a stranger on the train...(yes, it’s true, one of our customers shared some dressing during a long commute on the Long Island Railroad).

Hello Gary,

My sister-in-law introduced me to your salad dressing and I cannot get enough of it. It's DELICIOUS! I want to get a bottle of the Shallot Mustard. Funny thing is I am not a salad person at all, so thank you! =)

Thank you,

Stark Naked is something I sampled just for fun - it turns out it's one of the best dressings I've ever had.  The Ginger dressing tastes exactly like your Hibachi dressing.  The Mustard Shallot is unlike anything I've ever had before and it's quickly become a staple.  Best of all, these dressings are made with all natural ingredients and they are GOOD for you.

Gary,

I recently tried Stark Naked Japanese Ginger Dressing on a large tossed salad.  It was such a delicious and fresh tasting  change from other ordinary dressings.

I highly recommend it on salads as well as for use in marinates on meats, poultry and noodle dishes.
Just give it a try as I did, and you'll be hooked - on a good thing!

Sincerely,

Ellen B.
